  • Can you produce according to the samples or drawings? 

    Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures. And we will not show it to others.

  • What is your terms of payment? 

    Usually,we accept T/T,irrevocable L/C at sight.For regular orders, Terms of payment 30% deposit,full payment before shipment.

  • What is the lead time?  

    It usually takes 40 to 45 days after sample confirmation and receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.

  • How to solve the quality problems after sales? 

    Take photos of the problems and send to us. We will make a satisfied solution for you within 24 hours after we confirm the problems.

  • Can I get sample cost back when I place the order?

    Yes, sample cost will be refund after order confirmed. Shipping costs will be paid by your side.

  • Is it OK to print my logo on cookware product?

    Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.
